I don't like: that I am worrying about my grades.
I want you to know: that I have not changed my mind about my course.
I've planned: to graduate from this course and see what I'll do next after that. (To continue to Med or not?)

I think it's wonderful to be able to relax at home, and it sounds like you're working very hard, I don't know you or your parents but you're working hard, and medicene is something thats difficult to pursue. You're plenty smart in your own special way
